So I’m still loving and carrying around my beloved Kooba bag but the weight of the bag is starting to get to me. From my standing room only subway ride every morning, to going for a walk after work, or doing any type of shopping I end up with a sore back from Christian Louboutin toting around what feels like five bricks in a sack. I’ve even started to abandon some of my must carry items (emergency flashlight, spare deodorant, hard cover books) in order to lighten the weight. So I’ve decided my next bag purchase will be a nice lightweight tote that I can alternate with the Kooba and give my Christian Louboutin Shoes back a rest.

So I’ve decided my next bag purchase will be a nice lightweight tote that I can alternate with the Kooba and give my back a rest. The supply tote in green canvas looks durable and lightweight and it looks like it would be easy to carry around town. I’m not so sure about the giant lettering along the side though, seems a little loud. Plus a canvas tote might be a litle snoozeville in a couple months. Most Christian Louboutin Boots recently I’ve been crushing on the MJ Distinguished Dot Tote in red. I love the bright pop of red which would look great against all my dark winter jackets. The zipper across the top would help me to close up my bag and not worry about pick pocketers or anything falling out. Plus I don’t have any red bags so it would look different from all my other bags. The bright red dotes manage to be both simple and unusual at the same time.

Any other suggestions? Has anyone out there already found a great lightweight bag that is also LARGE that they can suggest? I’m starting to research my fall shopping, and of course this includes bags. I am hoping to get more milage out of my beautiful Kooba bag, but I must admit I have a Christian Louboutin Collection wandering eye when it comes to this sort of thing. And of late, my eye has landed on the Somerset vertical tote from Banana Republic. I like that this bag looks very briefcase-ey, and although my interviews are few and far between this would be a good professional bag to be seen with and would hold all sorts of papers and folders etc. I think I’m also starting to tired of the slouchy hobo bag shape, and this one is boxy and structured.

I would wear this bag with a suit and heels, but i think it would also look great with some ripped jeans and a tank top. Sad to say, but I’m having buyer’s remorse about the Christian Louboutin Heels black polka dotted laptop bag I bought recently at Target. Sure it is slick looking and better then a corporate issued black bag, but all it took was one use when flying from Houston to Boston to discover some design flaws. First off, the bag fits a laptop and thats it. Let me repeat that, it fits the lap top only. There was no place to put my mouse or power cord and I had to wrap them up and jam them in the side which made it nearly impossible to zip up with out ripping the zipper. I can’t think of a possible time when I would need a lap topbag but wouldn’t also need these items. And the zippered pocket on the side was pretty much useless.

Grew up sleeping on a pair of vintage Marimekko sheets, which is a fact I could only recently appreciate. The sheets had giant flowers in shades of yellow and orange, similar to these but with more orange. So last year when I was shopping at Crate and Barrel for new sheets I instantly Christian Louboutin gravitated to the Merimekko Kukkula linens in taupe. Similar to my childhood sheets but in a more muted color/botanical print and easy to launder, I’ve become a huge fan of Marimekko. So imagine my surprise when flipping through the latest Anthropologie catalog I saw Marimekko bags, especially the Pictograph Tote with a black background and white horses. And there are even more bags at the Marimekko site. My favorites are Maple, and Opaali with blue dots. With Christian Louboutin Shoes on its way the Sweater Girl Tote by Rafe has caught my eyes a few times at Anthropologie. I like the tassels and the metal hardware against the contrast of the grey knit and black leather.
Although its not shown on the web site I’ve seen the Wise Old Tote and the Big Love Tote on the Sale racks. **Not bag related, I picked up the Spray Can Skirt recently which should keep me warm Sale Christian Louboutin Shoes all winter long. While standing in the check out line at the Anthropologie at Rockefeller Center today I noticed a woman carrying a leather studded Michael Kors bag similar to the one of the left but in a taller square shape. Her bag was beautifully worn in and the perfect size for a little after work shopping. Plus I’m a sucker for anything with studs. So I’ll be keeping an eye out for this bag in the coming weeks.So while I am still hanging tough with my big commuting bag I am in desperate need for a replacement for my small “running errands” bag. I’ve had this Old Navy Braided-Cinch purse in khaki green for almost two years now and it has served me well. The perfect size to throw in my cell, wallet, camera and keys it was just the right weight to carry when running to the grocery store or going for a walk in the park. But recently it had gotten pretty tired looking and the braided handle is starting to look a little worn. So I’m shopping for a new small bag, something in a lightweight fabric with a lightweight price.

The leader of the pack so far is the Natural hobo from the Gap. Looks good and small, but full o pockets and with a nice contrast lining. I haven’t been able to see this bag in person yet because it hasn’t shown up at any NYC Gaps yet, and the Gap customer Christian Louboutin Collection service is not help at all. I was drawn in by the review of Fall bags, but I was hooked when I read about Shopgirl and ran right out and got a copy of the movie which I have since fallen in love with and watched four times in one weekend and just finished the book. Why on earth would Kirsten Dunst be carrying around almost the exact same Vera Bradley bag (or worse, a Vera knock off) that Christian Louboutin Specials I myself had circa 2000? Now at the time I was pleased as punch with my little cotton bag. It cost me a bundle of my recent college grad salary, had fantastic pockets, and at the time it was the height of Boston preppy fashion.
